Το ξενοδοχείο 5* Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort στο Φόδελε Ηρακλείου & το 4* The Syntopia hotel στο Ρέθυμνο Κρήτης, επιθυμούν να προσλάβουν για μόνιμη απασχόληση: HR Manager Κύρια Καθήκοντα Ο/Η HR Manager είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική οργάνωση, ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, διασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των τμημάτων και την παροχή μιας άριστης εμπειρίας προς όλους τους εργαζομένους. Μεταξύ των βασικών αρμοδιοτήτων περιλαμβάνονται: Επίβλεψη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος HR και διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και τις εργατικές νομοθεσίες. Διαχείριση εργασιακών θεμάτων, παροχή καθοδήγησης στο προσωπικό και άμεση επίλυση ζητημάτων που αφορούν τις εργασιακές σχέσεις και τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των τμημάτων. Συνεργασία με προϊσταμένους και διευθυντές για την ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας των ομάδων και τη διατήρηση θετικού εργασιακού κλίματος. Ολοκληρωμένη εποπτεία διαδικασιών recruitment κατά την περίοδο προετοιμασίας της σεζόν: προσέλκυση, αξιολόγηση και επιλογή προσωπικού. Υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας ένταξης νέων εργαζομένων και συντονισμός εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων και δραστηριοτήτων ανάπτυξης. Επίβλεψη των παροχών προσωπικού (δωμάτια, εστιατόριο προσωπικού, στολές, υποδομές) διασφαλίζοντας την ποιότητα, τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές και την άριστη εμπειρία των εργαζομένων. Ενίσχυση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας, ενδυνάμωση των ομάδων και διατήρηση αρμονίας και συνοχής στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Συμμετοχή σε HR projects, βελτίωση διαδικασιών και ανάπτυξη πρωτοβουλιών για την ενίσχυση του employee engagement. Requirements Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στη Διοίκηση Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν. Προϋπηρεσία 5+ ετών σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο, ιδανικά στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο ή σε εταιρεία με πολυάριθμο προσωπικό. Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδων, στην επίλυση συγκρούσεων και στη διαχείριση εργασιακών θεμάτων. Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας. Πολύ καλή γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας και HR πρακτικών. Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων, αναπτυγμένη κριτική σκέψη και άμεση ανταπόκριση σε κρίσιμα περιστατικά. Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
