This is not your typical technician role—it's about offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers' systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer's needs.You'll combine your HVAC expertise with sales techniques to identify opportunities for service upgrades, system replacements, and other solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Your goal? To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business.Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systemsEnsure all work complies with industry standards and company protocolsEngage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long runIdentify and present HVAC product and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis. Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans.Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice.Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job.Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities.Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service.High School Diploma or GED EquivalentEPA2+ years of HVAC Service experienceJourneyman License (required)Strong sales, customer service, and closing skillsExceptional communication/interpersonal skillsAssertive and confident personalityAbility to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisionsAbility to organize and manage multiple tasks accuratelyCommitment to company valuesAbility to climb into and through attics and crawl spacesAbility to work outside and in extreme temperaturesMust have a clean driving record.Basic computer skillsReliable & punctual attendanceAbility to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekendsFluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English languagePay: Hourly + CommissionsHours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekendsMedical, Prescription, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability and Term Life InsuranceMatching 401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
