Civil Engineer

Our client is a real estate development firm with an active pipeline of land development projects. Responsibilities: Take ownership of drawing quality and completeness, including signing and sealing deliverables as required Direct site design, grading, utility layout, and land development work across a portfolio of assigned projects Carry projects from initial concept through final construction documents, keeping constructability front of mind at every stage Guide and develop less experienced engineers on the team, helping raise the technical bar across the group Follow and help shape internal engineering standards and processes that reflect leadership's expectations and industry norms Keep project leads informed of task progress through clear, consistent status updates Oversee project-level costs and deliverables to keep engineering work efficient and on-budget Balance engineering responsibilities across several projects running at once, spanning master planning, layout, grading, utilities, and permitting Produce and oversee key technical deliverables including concept plans, drainage studies, sewer reports, and site investigation documentation Assist during the construction phase by reviewing shop drawings and contractor submittals #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
