Job Summary We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional follow‑through and operational support to the Wealth Management team in servicing high‑net‑worth clients. The role has a direct impact on client experience and contributes to the success of the organization in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. Essential Job Functions Include Day‑to‑day operations and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors, including answering inbound calls and email requests, scheduling, and gathering client data for ongoing service processes. Ensure all paperwork and procedures for client requests are completed and comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal operations departments to fulfill client requests. Manage client deposits and maintain data integrity across all systems. Research client issues in cooperation with back‑office partners. Perform onboarding of new clients, process transfer paperwork, and set up new accounts with custodians and Envestnet, as needed. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Five years of related job experience in financial services. Prior experience in an office environment with a customer‑service focus is helpful. Notary designation is a plus; eligibility to pursue a CFP designation is required. Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is a plus. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Working Conditions Professional office environment; daytime hours; work will be performed inside and may involve standing and sitting at a workstation. Salary Average annual salary range: $40,000 – $80,000. Base pay is based on location, experience, education, and other factors. The position may also earn incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive programs.
