As a Sales Representative, you will get to be involved in many of EPIC’s operations. The primary focus of this position will be to sell entertainment services by building relationships with new clients and maintaining strong relationships with past clients.

You may also have opportunities for involvement in marketing, networking events, and business development. There is an opportunity for this role to grow with us as we expand our model to new Texas markets.

This position may require some work on some nights and weekends. This role is a hybrid of in-person work and remote work days.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales Representative for EPIC’s talent booking agency that proactively seeks to build long term relationships with new clients and strengthen existing client relationships to drive repeat business
  

• Respond to web requests quickly, gather info, and send quotes promptly
  

• Learn and implement our business systems and processes with the goal of scaling our agency model to new markets
  

• Stay current on industry trends and research new ideas to entertain our clients
  

• Involvement in aspects of event production such as sales, event calendar management, info gathering, and customer service
  

• Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings
  

• Update weekly scorecard, sales sheet, progress on quarterly goals, and keep detailed client records in CRM
  

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  

• 1-2 years of sales or marketing equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  

• Proficiency in computer skills like Google Workspace
  

• Experience using a CRM is a plus, but not required
  

• Experience using project management software like Asana is a plus, but not required
  

• Events/Entertainment industry knowledge is a plus, but not required; We can train you!

• Innovative: Staying updated on customer needs, event themes, industry trends, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities
  

• Market Research / Data Analysis: Understanding business opportunities in new markets
  

• Project Management: Meets deadlines & brings in the team when help is needed. Able to show progress, identify risks, and notify leadership when the company is off track.
