Sales Representative – Proper Remodeling LLC

Proper Remodeling LLC is a family-owned company proudly serving Austin and surrounding areas. We specialize in helping homeowners with their remodeling needs, and we’re growing our sales team! We’re looking for motivated, people-friendly individuals who are reliable, quick to learn, and ready to build a rewarding career. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments

• Present and promote remodeling services and products

• Build trust and provide excellent customer service

• Close sales through effective communication and professionalism

• Represent our BBB-accredited company with pride

Compensation:

• Commission-only position with a highly competitive rate

• High earning potential: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually

• Sign-on bonus: $500/month for your first 3 months
  
  

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)

• Local travel to Austin and surrounding areas (no long-distance travel required)
