Real Estate Analyst / Associate

Location: Bethesda, MD (In-Office) A leading real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst / Associate to join its Investments team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced investment professionals across acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management while gaining exposure to the full real estate investment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, building and analyzing financial models, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting with ongoing asset management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Key Responsibilities Underwrite potential acquisitions and investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return projections Analyze market trends, property performance, and investment assumptions Support due diligence efforts, financing processes, and transaction execution Assist with asset management activities, including portfolio reporting and performance analysis Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal review Collaborate with senior investment professionals throughout the acquisition and ownership lifecycle Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, asset management, investment management, or related commercial real estate roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience underwriting commercial real estate investments Proficiency in Excel; ARGUS experience is a plus Strong understanding of real estate valuation, cash flow analysis, and investment returns Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field This role offers significant responsibility, exposure to institutional-quality real estate investments, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative investment team where professionals can make a meaningful impact from day one. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
