Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Seeking a creative and analytical Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, this full-time position will focus on improving website performance and conversion rates for clients through web analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior research. Key responsibilities Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking Utilize heatmap analysis and user testing to identify pain points and enhance user behavior and conversion rates Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data Required qualifications Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and website optimization Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major content management systems like WordPress and Shopify Hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to analyze session recordings and user testing results to provide actionable recommendations
