This job is so important that we gave it an Executive Title…CFO, Chicken Frying Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with the front cashier and drive-thru on the number of customers present. Communicate with other cooks on food status and speed. Assist with prep. Ensure the kitchen remains immaculate, cleaning as often as possible Keep up to pace with orders from both the front and drive-thru. Required Qualifications: Have the ability to communicate effectively. Be at least 16 years of age. Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. Have the ability to lift and carry 55 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Have experience in a fast-food concept. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Great pay for great people!
