Criteria for the Telehealth BCBA role includes periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria!).

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $83,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field

• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles

• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
