Our company is looking for a Azure Data Warehouse Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Present technology architecture and solution overviews to executive-level audiences;
- Readiness, provisioning, security and governance relating to cloud platforms;
- Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and related technologies;
- Experience with core Azure services related to data and analytics – examples: Synapse (DW), Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI;
- Conduct assessments and define enterprise roadmaps for enabling a data-driven Analytics organization;
- Provide thought leadership around modern analytics tools and platforms for mid-sized companies to Fortune 500s;
- Provide leadership across multiple accounts as well as support sales and business development activities;
- Participates in hiring resources as well as coaching and mentoring more junior staff;
- Manages facilitated working sessions with technical executives and experts;
- Aware of approaches and challenges for an Analytics organization at varying maturities;
- Apply technical aptitude and design patters across multiple industry verticals and use cases;
- Create presentation materials with emphasis on simplifying complex ideas into digestible topics;
- Lead teams of 2-10+ technical resources;
- Drives early stage business development and incremental work;
- Conduct hands-on development, configuration, or system setup for early stage POCs/POVs.
Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
