Our company is looking for a Legal Case Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up appointments with new clients;
  • Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm’s system;
  • Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments;
  • Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation to build client’s case;
  • Use of Firm’s software (training will be provided);
  • Interview new clients;
  • Generate a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Schedules medical treatment for clients;
  • Team player;
  • Required to have 1 year of stable work experience;
  • Very well organized;
  • Assists clients with vehicle repairs;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Eager to learn and grow;
  • Frequent follow ups with client regarding case;
  • Works well under pressure;
  • Outgoing personality;
  • Good follow-up and follow through;
  • Customer service experience preferred;
  • Able to multitask;
  • Has attention to detail.
