Legal Case Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Legal Case Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up appointments with new clients;
- Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm’s system;
- Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments;
- Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation to build client’s case;
- Use of Firm’s software (training will be provided);
- Interview new clients;
- Generate a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Schedules medical treatment for clients;
- Team player;
- Required to have 1 year of stable work experience;
- Very well organized;
- Assists clients with vehicle repairs;
- Strong communication skills;
- Eager to learn and grow;
- Frequent follow ups with client regarding case;
- Works well under pressure;
- Outgoing personality;
- Good follow-up and follow through;
- Customer service experience preferred;
- Able to multitask;
- Has attention to detail.
