Programmatic Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance;
- Deliver insight into the implications of campaign constraints, such as ramp-up time, scale, creative performance;
- Have experience with log level data analysis of media delivery;
- Support account team in delivering audience and optimizations insights at agreed-upon cadence;
- Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns;
- Oversee campaign QA process;
- Maintain current/ongoing knowledge of media buying platform updates and integrations, inclusive of their suite of analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Experienced managing a team and career path;
- Requirements;
- 3+ years of experience with DSP platforms (self-managed) – TTD, DBM, Amazon, Appnexus, Amobee, Media Math, DataXu, Beeswax;
- Tactical execution experience – CTV, Native, Proximity targeting, Prospecting vs Remarketing, PMP executions, Audio/Video, SSP direct deals;
- Ability to interpret campaign performance with regards to programmatic variables – Geo, device, demos, behavioral, creative, targeting layers;
- DCO execution experience;
- Sound understanding of ad-server or ad-operations technologies (e.g., Doubleclick).
