Our company is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand aesthetics and quality expectations across all mediums;
  • Rapidly produce and iterate concepts and prototypes to test and validate ideas;
  • Work with marketing analysts and engineers to deliver assets as requested;
  • Deliver marketing materials such as our website, email, print, and swag;
  • Rapidly prototype in InVision or other tools of choice while remaining true to brand guidelines and business goals;
  • Lead all aspects of digital design from ideation, UX architecture, user flows, to wireframes, prototypes and polished visual design;
  • Interface directly with clients to brainstorm and create new concepts/designs to test that drive value and increase conversion;
  • Lead and coach the Ollie internal digital design team;
  • Implement, maintain and evolve the Ollie Design System to ensure standardization of design and build for the Ollie customer;
  • Quickly ramp on the substantial CRE domain, with a particular focus on tenants seeking space;
  • Perform research before exploring a vast array of design solutions for validation;
  • Create high-fidelity mockups/designs for responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile;
  • Take customer problems and user research insights to design simple, elegant and user-centric experiences;
  • Collaborate with other designers, marketing, product, and engineering to strategize and execute work;
  • Effectively communicate rationale and design decisions to internal and external team members.

Requirements:

  • Excruciating attention to detail (Mild to debilitating OCD preferred);
  • 5+ years agency level experience designing for digital platforms including desktop web, tablet, mobile, and native apps;
  • Strong understanding of User Experience and love for problem-solving;
  • Knowledge of modern front-end development trends, including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Mobile, Responsive Frameworks, etc;
  • Experience on projects ranging from beautifully designed digital communications to highly functional applications;
  • A track record of building strong, impactful, award-winning work that leads to repeated client business;
  • Motion design skills are a big plus;
  • Strong sense of design sensibilities, from high-level, strategic direction to small design details;
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbally) with precision, clarity, honesty, and respect;
  • Proven examples of your creative in successful campaigns and projects;
  • 5-7 years experience in digital design and creative development;
  • Motion graphics & animation is a plus;
  • 6-8 years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of both brand and marketing work;
  • Experience in Adobe XD or Sketch a plus;
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC.
