Our company is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current knowledge of the business and regulatory environment relative to the business and regulatory environment;
  • Manage all Internal & External Security Compliance engagement activities;
  • Support the development of key compliance risk and performance indicators;
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;
  • Review periodic reports on complaints, and review trends across products and complaint types, and engage all stakeholders;
  • Assist with Security Compliance activities as required;
  • Coordinate with various business teams for information and required data elements necessary for internal control testing;
  • Understand compliance requirements of engineering, product, and cloud infrastructure delivery teams;
  • You will build and manage the programs supporting our existing and ongoing compliance control activities and initiatives;
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously;
  • Driving project activities to ensure requirements and schedules are met;
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate;
  • Develop compliance strategy in alignment with business requirements, objectives and metrics;
  • Respond to compliance inquiries from both internal and external members, within given time frames and within established policy;
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.

Requirements:

  • Builds strong relationships and partnerships with compliance agency;
  • Maintain working knowledge of federal, state and local laws and industry compliance standards;
  • 5+ years’ experience leading teams and developing employees strongly preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and manage effectively a large quantity of ambiguous or complex work;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required;
  • Awareness of international regulatory requirements and quality systems;
  • Further education in engineering, business administration, operations or project management is a plus;
  • Proficient in 21 CFR 820 and the Medical Device Directive, international a plus;
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills;
  • Expert understanding of Cloud Controls and environments;
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field;
  • Successful demonstrated experience managing and working with external auditors;
  • Certification/Licenses: First Aid/CPR and other certifications will be trained by Serendipity;
  • Strong Engagement skills (Internal & External).
