Responsibilities:
- Maintain current knowledge of the business and regulatory environment relative to the business and regulatory environment;
- Manage all Internal & External Security Compliance engagement activities;
- Support the development of key compliance risk and performance indicators;
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;
- Review periodic reports on complaints, and review trends across products and complaint types, and engage all stakeholders;

Requirements:
- Builds strong relationships and partnerships with compliance agency;
- Maintain working knowledge of federal, state and local laws and industry compliance standards;
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams and developing employees strongly preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to frame and manage effectively a large quantity of ambiguous or complex work;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required;
- Awareness of international regulatory requirements and quality systems;
- Further education in engineering, business administration, operations or project management is a plus;
- Proficient in 21 CFR 820 and the Medical Device Directive, international a plus;
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills;
- Expert understanding of Cloud Controls and environments;
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field;
- Successful demonstrated experience managing and working with external auditors;
