Our company is looking for a Promotions Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Provost’s Grants Programs;
  • Provide support for the creation of and dissemination of professorship letters;
  • Additional responsibilities include general office duties, providing support for the office, purchasing and account management in ARC;
  • Tenure dossier administrator solicits referee letters, manages reminders, and solicits data from departments and candidates;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Provide support on special projects as assigned by the Vice Dean and the Executive Director of Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience and three years of experience with academic appointments required;
  • Strong background in administration and a familiarity with working in academic health centers a plus.
