Our company is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work is performed under close supervision;
  • Assignments are of a routine or repetitive nature;
  • Receives training in the operations and use of computer hardware and software applications to support the work unit;
  • This is an entry level position with a preferred 2 year technical degree or technical related experience;
  • At this level an worker learns office routine and procedure and implements learned application of steps in established work techniques and procedures;
  • Analyzes and configures customer environment in preparation for the upgrade event;
  • Creates supporting documentation for Upgrade Team and maintain it customer database (currently Salesforce.com);
  • Provides exceptional customer service, including maintaining phone connection with customers during upgrades if needed;
  • Able to travel upwards of 25% of the time to customer sites;
  • Complete scheduled upgrade events and ensure completion of all pre and post upgrade work;
  • Verify customer environment meets basic guidelines and specifications for upgrade requests;
  • Maintains the ability to deliver software upgrades to a customer system(s);
  • Assists support with troubleshooting post-upgrade issues.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of statistical testing methodology and web analytics;
  • understanding of Agile product development;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to gain consensus in a collaborative work environment;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/initiatives;
  • Understanding of electrical drawings is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • This is supporting the relay walk down verification project;
  • We are then populating a Maximo load template to get these items loaded into Maximo;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in A/B testing, optimization, eCommerce, and digital marketing;
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities;
  • Ability to travel to other MNI offices (as needed);
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of personalities;
  • Must be accountable.
