Our company is looking for a Help Desk Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating guides, knowledge-based articles, and instructions;
  • Working with subject matter experts to identify resolutions to problems;
  • Generate ideas to automate current processes;
  • Perform project related duties, as assigned or requested;
  • Keep current with alternative information systems and technology, and make recommendations consistent with the Firm’s business and systems strategies;
  • Handle unexpected application Outages;
  • Tracking customer requests to closure;
  • Responding to phone and e-mail support requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience;
  • A minimum two years of experience in Service desk support and Customer Service Support;
  • US Citizenship required.
