Our company is looking for a Help Desk Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating guides, knowledge-based articles, and instructions;
- Working with subject matter experts to identify resolutions to problems;
- Generate ideas to automate current processes;
- Perform project related duties, as assigned or requested;
- Keep current with alternative information systems and technology, and make recommendations consistent with the Firm’s business and systems strategies;
- Handle unexpected application Outages;
- Tracking customer requests to closure;
- Responding to phone and e-mail support requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience;
- A minimum two years of experience in Service desk support and Customer Service Support;
- US Citizenship required.
