  • Knowledge of Medicaid a plus;
  • Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve issues;
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to access and retrieve information using a PC and basic understanding Microsoft Office products.
