Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist product managers with maintaining archive of feature and software documentation;
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds on occasion;
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while ensuring all employees are knowledgeable data quality expectations;
  • Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching;
  • Provide QA/testing expertise to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
  • Experience using a Test Automation tool, such as Selenium, QTP;
  • Creative problem solving through independent research where limited standardization may exist;
  • Experience with at least one coding language: C#, C, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc;
  • Using various software applications for research;
  • Responsible for meeting internal audit and calibration deliverables;
  • Develope and running test automation scripts in a web services development environment;
  • Create training materials and facilitate training sessions to communicate quality audit criteria and expectations;
  • Document and maintain testing procedures and processes;
  • Run compatibility testing (cross Windows/ Mac and Android/ iOS platforms, cross browsers, cross mobile devices – phones, tablets, iPads);
  • Create and document test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.

Requirements:

  • More than four years of experience in a relevant field such as information technology, higher education, etc;
  • Two years of experience in a relevant field such as information technology, higher education, etc;
  • 4+ years QA experience in an IT environment;
  • 5+ years QA experience in an enterprise environment delivering large scale software projects;
  • Experience using a Test Automation tool, such as Selenium, QTP;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience with at least one coding language: C#, C, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc;
  • Must be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance;
  • Knowledge and effective use of industry quality management standards, processes and tools;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint);
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
  • ServiceNow ITSM experience;
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical users;
  • Ability to work effectively with internal/external customers and multiple levels of management;
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
