Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel;
- Technical problem can require direct corrective action but often need to be solved through very complex matrix organization;
- Support clients in developing Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs;
- Work closely with engineering to develop configuration changes and implement changes as per business needs;
- Provide direction with respect to the maintenance of operational systems;
- Build and maintain network fabrics through relentless automation with configuration management tooling (eg. Ansible, Salt, or Chef);
- Develop and maintain working relationships with all functional areas of the site;
- Lead Root Cause failure Analysis (RCFA) and develop corrective action items;

- A passion for in-depth understanding of technology, and building large-scale systems;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Identification of need, application and specification of safety valves and devices to maintain the mechanical integrity of piping systems;
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment – strong sense of urgency;
- Proficiency with Maximo (or other CMMS);
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry (5 years minimum).
