Our company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & scope requirements and create technical requirements; develop relevant use cases for RPA & Automation opportunities;
  • Execute proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, minimally viable products (MVPs) and deployment and sustain solutions in production;
  • Develop test plans and test the new modules to ensure the software works as expected;
  • Design & document technical specifications for RPA implementation projects;
  • Work with local and global teams to support and deliver RPA & Automation projects;
  • Participate in design sessions and workshops to gather requirements for RPA and Automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies, solutions and underlying IT services;
  • 2-4+ years of demonstrated RPA development and collaboration skills;
  • Effective collaboration skills with ability to interface with all levels of management and staff;
  • Experience in working in cloud environment like AWS or Azure;
  • Certification on a leading RPA platform preferred (e.g. UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, etc.);
  • Ability to support the full development lifecycle for RPA opportunities; experience with UiPath a plus but not required;
  • Experience with working in an Agile development environment;
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational databases, tools, and SQL;
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business implications of introducing (or displacing) solutions;
  • Experience with business process workflow and reengineering and documenting business process flows and rules;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Exposure to Machine Learning and AI;
  • Experience with building and deploying automations using software platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism;
  • Critical and practical thinking – ability to balance financial, architectural, business and IT objectives.
