Senior Application Architect Job Description Template

Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Atlassian toolset s including installing, configurating, migrating and supporting;
- Excellent knowledgeable in application migration, consolidation and dependency mapping;
- Contractor will follow the principles, patterns and frameworks associated with Enterprise Architecture;
- Strong understanding on common Windows based application architectures, tools, languages andcoding;
- Strong understanding of multi-tier application architectures, performance and scalability of;
- Excellent written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas in to understandable business;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
Requirements:
- IIS 8+ configuration and management;
- Knowledge of estimation processes;
- Coordinate between business and IT stakeholders to develop a solution architecture approach;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Skilled in partnering with various architecture disciplines in software development;
- Experience with cloud PAAS, SAAS, and IAAS;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent;
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly through self-study;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Administration and development in SharePoint 2016 a plus;
- Coordinate with delivery project managers and business analysts to draft project scope and compile delivery estimates;
- Experience in theme park and entertainment technologies;
- Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications;
- Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject;
- Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
