Our company is looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and data feeds from key business systems;
- Performs content management for SharePoint sites;
- Works with training team to develop appropriate application training resources for end-users;
- Ensuring Section Portal s 508 compliancy;
- Developing all SharePoint subsites and workflows;
- Developing Secure SDLC tool solutions, utilizing common toolsets such as SharePoint and wikis;
- Using out-of-the-box functionality, as well as custom SharePoint forms and development using Visual Studio;
- Support multiple sets of customer requirements through Scrum and/or Kanban at any given time;
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems;
- Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes;
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2007 and 2013 and 2016;
- Authoring and updating site content;
- Work with Customers to visualize, modernize, and automate business processes;
- Provide a style guide brief for the client to utilize when creating additional pages;
- Create/Update Sites, Lists, Libraries, Templates, Themes, Site Definitions, Content Types, etc.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Nintex workflows;
- SharePoint 2010/2013/Online;
- Maintenance, support, or development for SharePoint Online or SharePoint Hybrid;
- Specialized knowledge of web programming, active server pages, CSS and JavaScript is necessary;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
- Developing with languages: C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Experience with developing and implementing SharePoint solution in Azure;
- Advanced SharePoint 2013 administration skills and SP best practices;
- Must be able to work at the customer site in downtown DC five days per week;
- Create and update user-friendly InfoPath form solutions to streamline business processes and improve coordination across business teams;
- Utilize web parts to design and create SharePoint sites by developing solutions that comply with SharePoint development best practices;
- 2+ years using jQuery, SharePoint CSOM/JSOM, or JSLink;
- Familiar with Section 508 web compliance and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0;
- Knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals.
