Our company is looking for a SharePoint Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Otherduties as assigned;
  • Maintainand administer Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 Servers, including dailymonitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis;
  • Support the installation,configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of servers, equipment, andsoftware related to SharePoint infrastructure;
  • Installand configure SharePoint software and related components at the server level,including SQL Server, web server and application server;
  • Performtypical system administrative activities such backup, restore and issue resolution;
  • Provideguidance and recommendations for enterprise deployments of SharePoint;
  • Maintaincurrent industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, andprocedures for SharePoint 2010/2013 solutions;
  • Ensurecompliance with policies and procedures including DoD STIG requirements;
  • Provide technical support to SharePoint users;
  • Identify and develop work flows to enhance adoption and provide efficiencies within the enterprise;
  • Analyze user activity on SharePoint;
  • Provide training to end users and site content owners;
  • Customize SharePoint sites to meet organizational needs;
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to determine requirements of functional areas.

Requirements:

  • Ability to train end-users on frequently asked technical issues;
  • 3rd party tools;
  • Strong focus on leveraging Microsoft 365 to assist MSPs and customers to implement, adopt or migrate to cloud services;
  • Abilityto understand, develop, and run PowerShell commands;
  • Nintex 2013 Formsand Workflows;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals;
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery;
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating system and hardware;
  • Understanding and/or experience with Azure AD Premium, Microsoft Intune, EMS or Azure Information Protection and Symantec cloud security;
  • Familiar with SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, Visio, Virtual Studio and Office 365;
  • Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting;
  • Basic SharePoint tools like ULS Logs, workflows to automate business processes, and SharePoint forms for tasks, such as creating expense reports;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
