Software Engineer – Salesforce Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Software Engineer – Salesforce to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the architecture and ESB teams ensuring interfaces are aligned with business system standards;
- Demonstrate deep business knowledge of Salesforce products in a way that helps drive and improve our solution architecture;
- Help resolve and evaluate AppExchange products that would be beneficial for Cengage;
- Deliver on both tactical and strategic Salesforce solutions;
- Drive delivery of solution designs within Cengage’s overall architectural guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C#
- Experience with relational database management systems such as MS SQL and Oracle;
- Three (3) years developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, Workflows and Process Builder;
- Travel 30% of the time, as required.
