Our company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive user experiences designed to improve customer interactions and increase constituency engagement;
- Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system;
- Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates;
- Take business requirements and apply iterative agile development process to rapidly create functional prototypes and release final product;
- Work with the product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in nCino application;
- Coordinate with project management resources to drive migration of legacy applications to our Salesforce platform;
- Act a mentor to other developers and team members on Salesforce development best practices and available functionality;
- Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems;
- Own and maintain the data modelling and data transformation logic using ETL tools to support data workflows across integrated business systems;
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces;
- Implement (i.e., design, develop, unit test) technical solutions for web applications based on functional requirements and technical specifications;
- Automating business processes using Salesforce features such as Process Builder and Flow;
- Design and development of custom solutions on Salesforce platform;
- Provide technical leadership for off-shore developer team members and deliver meaningful and constructive feedback during code review sessions;
- Participates in project planning, scoping and estimating.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
- Gather business requirements;
- Experience in Salesforce.com Design and Development;
- Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes , Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com;
- Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV 501);
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Technical field;
- Passion for code quality and code reviews;
- Practical knowledge of Java, HTML, Open Source development tools;
- Experience with APEX and Visualforce;
- Self-starter, can-do attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment;
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM);
- Bachelor’s degree (CS, MIS) in a computer-related field required;
- SalesForce.com Developer with deep Visual Force, APEX and Force.com programming skills;
- Experience with system integrations using API from within the Salesforce platform and implementing web services: JSON, XML;
- Proficiency in External Data connectors, Financial Service Cloud, Territory Management, Person Accounts, Platform cache, Shield, Platform Events.
