Our company is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have basic understanding of database structure and design;
  • Writing and tuning SQL;
  • Coding, unit and integration testing of programming assignments;
  • Guiding the analysis of requirements and system design work;
  • Find opportunities to make improvements to the position – we value and request your feedback;
  • Solid Analysis skills including writing requirements;
  • Ability to perform and provide a detailed system impact analysis for a given change request and provide estimates;
  • Maintain technical relationship with the client;
  • Develops and maintains telecommunications systems;
  • Ability to work closely with Development, PV and UAT teams to provide them the required support;
  • Monitor the performance and health of servers and databases. Monitor server deployments to ensure uptime and performance;
  • Support user’s needs, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training;
  • Ability to troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software issues promptly;
  • Business Relationships and Management: Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop deliverables;
  • Ability to orchestrate mass network changes through a combination of industry tools and scripting.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of how to translate business needs into technical requirements;
  • Demonstrated expertise in Association Management Systems (netFORUM preferred);
  • Support skills within the Microsoft and VMware environments;
  • Prior experience gathering requirements and conducting requirements viability assessments;
  • Solid Analysis skills including writing requirements;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within relevant IT field;
  • Business relationship and management: collaborates with subject matter experts to develop deliverables;
  • Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve client issues;
  • General familiarity w ith Windows administration, networking, and databases preferred;
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability of projects and activities;
  • Must be able to operate and perform operator maintenance on prime movers, and associated equipment;
  • Strong understanding of MS Windows 7 and 10;
  • Support project inquiries from internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers;
  • PMP certification is highly desirable;
  • Collaborate with developers to clearly define and document systems requirements, manage releases; address defects, and manage volume stress tests.
