Our company is looking for a Test Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver briefings to Agency representatives that describe how to verify CDM Solution data in the CDM Agency Dashboard;
- Work with Agency representatives to troubleshoot issues identified during the UAT process;
- Coordinate and facilitate Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) demonstrations with the CDM Test Team;
- Manage a team that is creating test artifacts including test plans, test cases and test reports;
- Deliver regular demonstrations to each Agency on new functionality being implemented;
- Facilitate the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Agency representatives;
- Manage solution testing in both ManTech lab environment and the operational environment within each Agency.
Requirements:
- Review and analyze design documentation including engineering drawings and specifications;
- Prepare TEMPs;
- Additional duties as assigned;
- Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center (JITC));
- Support FCAs/PCAs;
- Review and analyze trade-off studies;
- Prepare and review test analyses and reports;
- Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports;
- Support training required to execute test activities;
- Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations;
- Prepare test plans and procedures;
- Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability;
- S upport the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events;
- Review and analyze engineering performance predictions;
- Monitor test events.
