Our company is looking for a Test Manager to join our team.


  • Deliver briefings to Agency representatives that describe how to verify CDM Solution data in the CDM Agency Dashboard;
  • Work with Agency representatives to troubleshoot issues identified during the UAT process;
  • Coordinate and facilitate Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) demonstrations with the CDM Test Team;
  • Manage a team that is creating test artifacts including test plans, test cases and test reports;
  • Deliver regular demonstrations to each Agency on new functionality being implemented;
  • Facilitate the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Agency representatives;
  • Manage solution testing in both ManTech lab environment and the operational environment within each Agency.


  • Review and analyze design documentation including engineering drawings and specifications;
  • Prepare TEMPs;
  • Additional duties as assigned;
  • Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center (JITC));
  • Support FCAs/PCAs;
  • Review and analyze trade-off studies;
  • Prepare and review test analyses and reports;
  • Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports;
  • Support training required to execute test activities;
  • Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations;
  • Prepare test plans and procedures;
  • Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability;
  • S upport the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events;
  • Review and analyze engineering performance predictions;
  • Monitor test events.
