Our company is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use hands repetitively;
  • Occasionally, the team member is required to sit, climb, balance, push and/or pull, and lift and/or move over 51 pounds;
  • Walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity;
  • In a noisy environment;
  • Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints;
  • Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner;
  • Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items;
  • Performs duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.);
  • Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner;
  • Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant;
  • Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils;
  • Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds;
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas;
  • Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Greet and interact with guests;
  • Previous QSR experience and ServSafe certification highly desired;
  • Sell, serve and prepare our delicious menu items;
  • Prepare the restaurant to be a welcoming environment for each and every guest;
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment;
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks.
