Our company is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Use hands repetitively;
- Occasionally, the team member is required to sit, climb, balance, push and/or pull, and lift and/or move over 51 pounds;
- Walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity;
- In a noisy environment;
- Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints;
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner;
- Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift;
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items;
- Performs duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.);
- Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner;
- Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant;
- Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils;
- Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds;
- Maintains health and safety standards in work areas;
- Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Greet and interact with guests;
- Previous QSR experience and ServSafe certification highly desired;
- Sell, serve and prepare our delicious menu items;
- Prepare the restaurant to be a welcoming environment for each and every guest;
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment;
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks.
