Our company is looking for a Building Services Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock of parts, supplies, materials, and tools within areas of responsibility;
  • Assist in equipment calibration program;
  • Follow and maintain Good Documentation Practices;
  • Investigate any process deviations, write process deviation reports and initiate document change requests;
  • Maintain cleaning logs and maintenance logs;
  • Follow SOPs and approved directions to clean glassware and equipment used in GMP processes;
  • Follow approved GMP manufacturing directions such as Standard Operation Procedures, Standard Test Procedures, and related activities;
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved directions to perform basic maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Organised and methodical approach to managing tasks to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities;
  • Relevant practical experience of using Revit and AutoCAD in a similar building services-based role;
  • Strong problem-solving ability;
  • Friendly and enthusiastic approach;
  • Strong general IT knowledge;
  • Understanding of how to automate modelling and documentation processes using digital engineering tools such as Dynamo;
  • Ability to work across building services disciplines.
