Facilities Technician II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Facilities Technician II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, install and service facilities, properties and equipment in compliance with safety codes and quality standards;
- Report maintenance requirements to team leader;
- Comply with safety rules and company policies;
- Understand and follow Applied Medical’s Quality Systems (QS) per training.
Requirements:
- Level II: 2+ years of experience at the journeyman level in the following trades; Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall and Paint;
- Understand and be able to safely use Ladders, Power Tools, Scissor Lifts and Boom Lift;
- Experience with power tools;
- Experience with construction site equipment;
- Level I: 1 year of similar experience;
- Basic construction knowledge;
- Must have a current and valid California Driver’s license;
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
