Business Support Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing reporting is important for visibility and adherence of key metrics;
- Having a deep understanding of the marketing owned applications (AITs) and understanding of controls present;
- This role will also act as the lead liaison for GIS requirements, GIS Exceptions including high risk;
- Report all control metrics and escalate or develop remediation plans if needed;
- Develop or identify controls (manual or automated).
Requirements:
- Understanding of GIS and Identify Access Management standards and requirements;
- Clear and concise communication skills to provide recommendations to business contacts and follow through to implementation;
- Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and validating their accuracy as needed;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Research and analysis skills for procedures and applications to identify controls and ensure sufficient risk mitigation.
