Our company is looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing reporting is important for visibility and adherence of key metrics;
  • Having a deep understanding of the marketing owned applications (AITs) and understanding of controls present;
  • This role will also act as the lead liaison for GIS requirements, GIS Exceptions including high risk;
  • Report all control metrics and escalate or develop remediation plans if needed;
  • Develop or identify controls (manual or automated).

Requirements:

  • Understanding of GIS and Identify Access Management standards and requirements;
  • Clear and concise communication skills to provide recommendations to business contacts and follow through to implementation;
  • Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and validating their accuracy as needed;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Research and analysis skills for procedures and applications to identify controls and ensure sufficient risk mitigation.
