Creative Services Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Creative Services Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help to develop future work pipeline through client engagement, identifying opportunities and maximizing potential;
- Story telling; through environments and consumer journey;
- Ensuring consistent translation of ‘the big idea’ across each project; always ensuring it aligns with the client brand, audience and objectives;
- Verify all spots are loaded in the system and ready to run when scheduled;
- Obtain air-checks for spots, promotional announcements, live liners and jock talk; and record endorsement spots for on air talent;
- Create content for daily blogs and social media updates;
- Meet with team talent, developing their skills;
- Schedule, coordinate and produce advertising spots with clients, sales and programming staffs across multiple markets;
- Produce emotionally impactful radio campaigns for our clients and brands;
- Manage time effectively, juggling long-term and short-term work. Consistently meets deadlines and goals set by supervisors;
- Collaborates effectively with others, along with communicate and work effectively with a team;
- Host daily (voice tracked) radio program;
- Various other tasks assigned by Operations Manager or Market Manager;
- Write and produce station imaging and promos, appealing to brand’s target listener;
- Assure production is complete on a timely basis to help Traffic Manager and Continuity Director to develop daily logs.
Requirements:
- Drive and enthusiasm;
- Strong desire to learn and grow;
- Project management from start to finish; assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks;
- Willingness to multi-task and work beyond the job description;
- 4 Years Professional Audio Production Experience;
- Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to learn new software and automation systems;
- Knowledge of Production Order delegation systems, preferably vCreative;
- Knowledge of Radio Automation Systems, preferably Zetta;
- Strong background and fluency in social networking and online marketing;
- Must be a self-starter who excels at working independently, with a proven track record of independent judgment and decision making;
- Knowledge of Adobe Audition and other audio editing tools;
- High digital proficiency with a working knowledge of basic html, blogging, and social media.
