- Manage / update parameters upon changes;
- Conduct Service mapping workshops & drive the questionnaire;
- Check the Mid server load balancing and suggest the scaling;
- Develop Service Mapping patterns as required;
- Verify the CI identifiers and reconciliation rule;
- Following CSDM model to map the business services and related components.
