Our company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data;
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems;
  • Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed;
  • Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;
  • Requirements gathering;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC;
  • Resolve complex IT issues;
  • Maintain and optimize the environment;
  • Provide testing for new applications;
  • Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs;
  • Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership;
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Create of script based Assignment and Approval rule;
  • Performs System and integration testing with sample/live data with Support Services team;
  • Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-now.com with the help of Jelly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
  • 1+ years of ServiceNow experience;
  • Experience developing test scripts and plans;
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have high ambiguity;
  • Experience working on an agile team;
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Prior Federal government experience;
  • Domain admin type system administration experience (o365 or similar);
  • Experience with LDAP/AD, networking and database is desired;
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT Service Delivery;
  • Practical experience utilizing latest web standards and design practices;
  • Experience with ServiceNow System Administration;
  • Experience as a System Administrator of a service management application, preferably ServiceNow;
  • Outstanding critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills;
  • Understanding of restful web services.
