Analytics Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Analytics Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Direct a third-party study measuring and evaluating a specific set of our organizational outputs.
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience in a data-centric role with some material exposure to cloud-based CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred);
- Presentation skills and comfort presenting to individuals at all levels of the organization (primarily internally);
- Experience influencing non-direct reports to change behavior in order to achieve a goal;
- Listening and collaboration skills;
- Experience standing up a function within an organization (i.e., defining the strategy and leveraging available resources to realize a vision);
- Web publishing (HTML) and rich media expertise preferred;
- High degree of comfort working in Google stack (Drive, Gmail, Forms);
- Experience working with the knowledge and/or content management of an online learning / training / assessment / community platform a plus;
- Research and writing skills;
- Possession of domain knowledge in education, diversity and leadership preferred;
- Experience with survey tools and methods (including modern online tools like SurveyGizmo and SurveyMonkey);
