Our company is looking for a Chargeback Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication between each counterpart in the collections department to ensure all chargeback deductions are researched;
  • Manage the timely and accurate processing and validation of daily submitted and resubmitted chargebacks;
  • Responsible for preparing daily wires for wholesaler chargebacks and ensuring they are written off the AR and then posted by AP;
  • Need to be familiar with the all of the indirect contracts that we have with our customers;
  • Perform analytical reconciliations in order to assist in the collection of invalid chargeback deduction claims;
  • At the end of the month an open item report needs to be requested from the customers to determine what will be coming in as re-submissions;
  • Investigate and analyze errors from submissions in order to determine possible fixes to eliminate future error lines;
  • This is a daily communication path with the wholesalers;
  • Maintain membership lists for all assigned chargeback contracts in CARS;
  • Assist in resolving chargeback submissions that are suspended in settlement pending;
  • eThis includes researching open deduction items in CARS to be able to explain why the items have been denied;
  • Receive membership lists from customers and update the members on the contract, need to ensure proper COT is assigned for each member;
  • responsible for processing and approving credits $50,000.00 and below;
  • Assist with sorting of daily invoice runs. Number of Employees Supervised: Direct and Indirect. K.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma;
  • Ability to spend moderate lengths of time viewing a PC screen;
  • Equipment and Applications Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Basic Membership skills, CARS experience. Work Environment and Physical Demands;
  • Pharmaceutical experience up to 5 years preferred. CARS experience required;
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Office Environment;
  • Ability to work independently, analyze data and juggle multiple priorities.
