Our company is looking for a Program Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate/review labor reports for time charging accuracy;
  • Support monthly Integrated Program Management Review (IPMR) activities;
  • Review employee expenses;
  • Reviewing and evaluating work and preparing periodic performance reports;
  • Verify processes and procedures are being followed (i.e. travel authorizations) and alert PMO if processes are being circumvented;
  • Provide monthly briefings on cost performance;
  • Consistently ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts;
  • Assist with developing R&D Requirements document as required;
  • Conduct outreach activities with existing and potential users of R&D research;
  • Identify opportunities for outreach and collaboration with S&T communities;
  • Track ongoing R&D efforts and process necessary interagency support agreements (i.e. FS 7600A General Terms & Conditions);
  • Identify cross-CCMD or cross–agency requirements and identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiencies;
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and store R&D program data and deliverables;
  • Assist in organizing, formatting, typing, proofreading and editing briefings, reports, and manuals;
  • Track and process contract de-obligation actions.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), DCO – Response Actions, and/or Offensive Cyber Operations;
  • Operations level of war recommended (ex. AOC, Wing, NAF, MAJCOM, Air Staff or Service equivalent);
  • This position may require travel of up to one week per month;
  • Three years’ experience in a Service Cyber organization;
  • Specifically with the new cyber incident reporting criteria for AF Weapon Systems;
  • Experience completing or reviewing SORTS and DRRS reporting;
  • Demonstrating AF Cyber Squadron Initiatives, including Mission Defense Teams, Cyber Squadron Next, and AFIN CSSP;
  • AFCYBER preferred, however a sister Service also acceptable;
  • One to three years Operational reporting experience;
  • ISR, and CS&R Standards/Evaluations;
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English;
  • MAJCOM Communication Coordination Center (MCCC);
  • Gap analysis, “blue force” analytical requirements for DCO;
  • Specifically in correlation to USCYBERCOM IOC & FOC CMF criteria and Ready Cyber Crew Training Manuals;
  • Cybersecurity Service Provider activities (CSSP).
