Our company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate “what-if” scenarios to determine optimal financial opportunities;
  • Implement forecasting models for scenario evaluation and planning;
  • Manage change requests to operating metrics and ensure appropriate tools are in place to measure;
  • Coordinate and support operational aspects of the DX product lifecycle;
  • Conduct business metric analysis – including defining KPIs, monitoring and evaluating performance against targets;
  • Build operational dashboards to monitor product line performance and analyze business drivers;
  • Draw actionable insights and create clear presentations to convey information to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct sales risk and opportunity analysis and build performance view;
  • Create/use advanced predictive models to forecast sell-out with historical performance, price elasticity and promotional analytics;
  • Create presentations with compelling story to share with leadership, cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations;
  • Responsible for PDT execution of NPI and sustaining offers; ensure on-time service delivery;
  • Analyze the promotions, marketing and channel actions to forecast the sales performance;
  • Defining project purpose and cost/benefit analysis for various initiatives and projects;
  • Project planning and management to balance project resource, timeline, and scope;
  • Build automation of weekly sales and operations KPI reports.

Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent Enterprise work experience preferred;
  • 3-5 years of experience participating in business process change and operations implementation projects;
  • Experience implementing strategic operational enhancements;
  • Flexible and creative mind-set, to drive best practice solutions to a wide variety of business and technical challenges;
  • Consultative background, including ability to influence cross-functional teams to rapidly reach effective solutions to business challenges;
  • Proven ability to drive processes, and consistently meet established key milestones;
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment;
  • Perform the smoke testing rounds after the code has been pushed to production and before it goes live to the customers;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Maintains an understanding of business processes, supporting data and applications and strategic direction;
  • In the past, have also been involved in developing the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) POCs for the internal team via UIPath Studio;
  • Experience of working with Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics and/or Retail industry is strongly preferred;
  • Performs quality work efforts, assignments and problem resolution;
  • Proactive in developing reporting processes;
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Analytics will be a huge plus.
