Our company is looking for a IT Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation and meet product development goals;
  • Report to the VP of Infrastructure Development;
  • Evaluate possible solutions for future needs and negotiate pricing;
  • Coordinate office moves and setups for all IT requirements and equipment;
  • Manage employee credentials in G Suite, DUO, and other SaaS products;
  • Ensure a smooth experience for employees’ IT onboarding and handle off-boarding needs;
  • Assist with the development of training related to the access database implementation for users;
  • Set up and operate IT equipment to record town halls as well as any offsite events;
  • Keep all servers and workstations secure with the latest patches, service packs and other updates;
  • Administer workstation hardening, encryption, anti-virus installation and configuration;
  • Be the SME for all technical-related functions in Denver, provide cross-training and knowledge sharing, to empower the team to be more successful;
  • Mobile device management and troubleshooting (iOS, Android);
  • Maintaining asset inventory;
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software;
  • Assist in implementing IT best practices.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of technology experience;
  • Training in SOP, Policy, and Procedure writing;
  • 1+ years experience with both Mac and Windows;
  • 5-7 years of relevant IT experience;
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and documentation skills;
  • Excellent customer service / customer interaction skills;
  • Must be a very good problem solver;
  • Active Directory;
  • Familiar with NIST 800-171 and 800-53;
  • Experience with cloud-based IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS, preferable Google or AWS;
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues;
  • Knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient abilities in LDAP, DNS, Security, Network Design, VPN, Thin-Clients,
  • 1+ years of experience with Network Administration.
