Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing plant mechanical, electrical and contract technicians as well as preventative maintenance;
- Help in the maintenance and repairs of plant equipment;
- Scheduling, planning, purchasing, employee supervision, training and development;
- Managing the hourly maintenance team members and responsible for overall plant maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred;
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus;
- Strong safety knowledge with permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety management;
- 2 years of maintenance frontline leadership experience preferred;
- 4-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a supervisory role;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS software;
- Must be bilingual;
- Experience with Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Vibration, MCE, Oil Analysis;
- Travel up to 10%
