Our company is looking for a Warranty Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Files and maintains all service records as required by the director;
  • Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the director;
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims;
  • Maintains a professional appearance;
  • Maintain various service accounting schedules;
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation;
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule;
  • Post warranty payments for accounting;
  • Keeping your work area clean;
  • Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor;
  • Maintains high customer (internal and external) satisfaction standards;
  • Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts on all internals;
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking);
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English;

  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented;

  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience;
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software;
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
