Our company is looking for a Warranty Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Files and maintains all service records as required by the director;
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the director;
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims;
- Maintains a professional appearance;
- Maintain various service accounting schedules;
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation;
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule;
- Post warranty payments for accounting;
- Keeping your work area clean;
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor;
- Maintains high customer (internal and external) satisfaction standards;
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts on all internals;
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking);
- Ability to read, speak and understand English;
- Deadline-oriented;
- General Math Skills;
- Ability to multi-task;

- Research skills;
- Organized and extremely detail-oriented;
- Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,);
- Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience;
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
