Responsibilities:
- Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements;
- Resolves assembly problems to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources;
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions; gathering tools, and materials;
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements;
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms;
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements;
- Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed;
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists;
- Gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials;
- Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Lead;
- Strive to meet planned work center times established in ERP system.
Requirements:
- Able to work 40+ hours per week;
- Ability to stand for extended periods;
- Ability to use hand and power tools;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to receive, review and organize materials and equipment;
- Register and keep control of materials and equipment;
- Keep equipment and work site in order, reporting any unusual circumstances;
