Our company is looking for a Tester to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Light lifting;
- Seated Positions;
- Weekly Pay;
- 1st and 2nd Shift availability;
- Making good decisions on cable quality (acceptable or unacceptable) using the electrical specification listed in the drawing;
- Setting up the PNA and VEEPRO controller per work instruction;
- Performing final electrical test evaluation of finished assemblies per engineering drawings;
- Providing customers with accurate test report and data;
- Setting up and performing phase matching of assemblies using PNA and auto-saw;
- Segregating non-conforming assemblies and assisting electrical engineer in diagnosing or troubleshooting problems.
Requirements:
- Deadline and closure oriented;
- Experience – 2-5 years in application development, testing and Prod Support in Operations;
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture;
- Soft skills – Excellent written and verbal skills, team player, client interaction, positive attitude and eager to learn, works independently;
- Strong persuasion, facilitation and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals;
