Our company is looking for a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures;
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager;
  • Ensure Food Safety requirements are being met;
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate;
  • Complete all opening tasks as assigned;
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed;
  • Ensure Food quality requirements are being met;
  • Support fellow team members we are a community of lateral service this is a team;
  • Keep entire kitchen clean at all times;
  • Encourage fellow team members;
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists;
  • Work as a team to ensure food is being produced swiftly, efficiently, and with excellence;
  • Leaving the restaurant better than what you found it;
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times;
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask at a quick, efficient and thorough pace;
  • Service oriented, positive attitude;
  • Must be 18 or older;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethic;
  • Available to work 15-20 hours per week;
  • Positive attitude, coachable;
  • Must be available to close at least one night per week for part-time employees;

  • Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members;
