Our company is looking for a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures;
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager;
- Ensure Food Safety requirements are being met;
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate;
- Complete all opening tasks as assigned;
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed;
- Ensure Food quality requirements are being met;
- Support fellow team members we are a community of lateral service this is a team;
- Keep entire kitchen clean at all times;
- Encourage fellow team members;
- Complete daily and weekly checklists;
- Work as a team to ensure food is being produced swiftly, efficiently, and with excellence;
- Leaving the restaurant better than what you found it;
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times;
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask at a quick, efficient and thorough pace;
- Service oriented, positive attitude;
- Must be 18 or older;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethic;
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week;
- Positive attitude, coachable;
- Must be available to close at least one night per week for part-time employees;
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic;
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays;
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members;
