Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers;
  • complete cash and card transactions;

  • Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service;
  • Keep all condiments, cups, drinks, dessert, and other stations stocked;

  • Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster;
  • Assist leadership in executing the goals of the restaurant;
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level;
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety Procedures;
  • Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross-trained;
  • Make serving guests and fellow team members a priority;
  • Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations.

Requirements:

  • Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft;
  • Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 50lbs;
  • Love food & beverage culture;
  • Work well independently and in a team environment;
  • Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Dependable;
  • Closes 2 shifts per week (availabile from, 2-1PM, 3-11PM, etc.);
  • Detailed & keenly observant;
  • Full or Part Time Availability;
