Front of House Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar specials;
- Make weekly schedule (approve/deny requested days off);
- Handle disgruntled customers by offering suggestions and solutions;
- Event planning;
- Employee disciplining;
- Social media;
- Supervise all FOH functions;
- Hiring new FOH staff;
- Prepare and implement standard operating procedures;
- Perform and accurately report regular inventory counts of all front of house liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies;
- Work closely with BOH;
- Ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods;
- Continuously build a high performance team;
- Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of service.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of POS systems;
- Must be available all shifts in a 7-day a week operation;
- General Management: 2 years; salary based on past experience, full–time;
- Upbeat motivated team player;
- Experience in areas of FOH operations;
- Knowledge of craft beers and creative cocktails;
- RAMP ceritfied;
- Open availability;
- Must have a basic understanding of customer-facing restaurant operations;
- Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values;
- 1 years of Restaurant Leadership experience.
