Our company is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bar specials;
  • Make weekly schedule (approve/deny requested days off);
  • Handle disgruntled customers by offering suggestions and solutions;
  • Event planning;
  • Employee disciplining;
  • Social media;
  • Supervise all FOH functions;
  • Hiring new FOH staff;
  • Prepare and implement standard operating procedures;
  • Perform and accurately report regular inventory counts of all front of house liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies;
  • Work closely with BOH;
  • Ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods;
  • Continuously build a high performance team;
  • Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of service.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of POS systems;
  • Must be available all shifts in a 7-day a week operation;
  • General Management: 2 years; salary based on past experience, full–time;
  • Upbeat motivated team player;
  • Experience in areas of FOH operations;
  • Knowledge of craft beers and creative cocktails;
  • RAMP ceritfied;
  • Open availability;
  • Must have a basic understanding of customer-facing restaurant operations;
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values;
  • 1 years of Restaurant Leadership experience.
