Our company is looking for a FOH Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;
  • Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;
  • Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service;
  • Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;
  • Proactively assist fellow staff members;
  • Make Shakes, Juices, Coffees, Salads and Sandwiches;
  • Engage each and every guest to ensure they “feel” Brooklyn’s Finest;
  • Perform deposits at the end of the night;
  • Close registers, ensuring tills are balanced;
  • Hiring and training;
  • Schedule flexibility is a must as this position requires some AM and PM shifts;
  • Communicate with general manager on a consistent basis;
  • Assisting GM with store inventory and ordering;
  • SERVER/BARISTA responsabilities;
  • Discuss, plan and implement new policies with GM.

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Previous experience in a management role;
  • Problem solver;
  • Previous experience in a fast-service restaurant management role;
  • Ability to work all shifts – we schedule to “guest need”;
  • Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house;
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a management role.
