FOH Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a FOH Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service;
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;
- Proactively assist fellow staff members;
- Make Shakes, Juices, Coffees, Salads and Sandwiches;
- Engage each and every guest to ensure they “feel” Brooklyn’s Finest;
- Perform deposits at the end of the night;
- Close registers, ensuring tills are balanced;
- Hiring and training;
- Schedule flexibility is a must as this position requires some AM and PM shifts;
- Communicate with general manager on a consistent basis;
- Assisting GM with store inventory and ordering;
- SERVER/BARISTA responsabilities;
- Discuss, plan and implement new policies with GM.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Previous experience in a management role;
- Problem solver;
- Previous experience in a fast-service restaurant management role;
- Ability to work all shifts – we schedule to “guest need”;
- Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house;
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a management role.
