Our company is looking for a Digital Producer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Shape effective solutions to achieve project goals alongside strategy, creative, and development team stakeholders;
- Identify and schedule appropriate project resources to meet project goals. Ensure project teams stay on schedule and within budget;
- Manage project financials to ensure completion within budget; generate invoices for our clients;
- Create and manage key project plans and documentation including scope, schedule, estimates, and status reports;
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and clearly communicate them to internal and external stakeholders;
- Extract key learnings from each project to sharpen our production processes for maximum impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Able to deliver under extreme deadlines and intense business environment;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estimating operational or project costs and level of effort required for each work request;
- Experience with online marketing of Theme Park products, Vacation Resort, Timeshare or Cruise Industry (e.g., tickets, hotels, air, transportation);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to understand and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical people;
- Previous responsibility for monitoring and staying within budget constraints;
- Able to partner with multiple stakeholders to manage their expectations, gain their acceptance and trust and achieve high client satisfaction ratings;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing requests that include integration with multiple back-end systems;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience within the media/entertainment industry;
- High emphasis on guest/customer service with a drive to create and maintain a premium online guest experience;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in documenting initiative requirements;
- Basic understanding of the software development process, particularly as it relates to web-based applications;
- Great organizational skills;
- Experience within the travel/tourism industry.
